Fajne wino, bez histerii;) Kot się przechadza, ale dostojnie, lis go nie gania, bo zajęty jest winem. Do risotto ze szparagami w sosie lekko kwaśnym ładnie się komponowało. Brak nieco kwasu (może przez sos do szparagów;), ale samo w sobie to bardzo dobre wino jest. Esencjonalne. Jest też pokrzywa w aromacie, mineralność pewno też;) Co prawda Didier już nie powozi zaprzęgiem:(, ale to wino pewno jeszcze z pod jego ręki wyszło! Dzięki:) Było pysznie!
PS. Cenę wpisuję z Galerie Lafayette w Paryżu, ok. pięćdziesięciu czy sześćdziesięciu ero tam kosztuje:) Kupione pewno w innymi miejscu...

Na KLWines tak piszą: Didier and his cousin Serge are the fourth generation of wine makers in the Dagueneau family beginning with his great-grandmother Léontine Dagueneau. Didier left the village from 1978-1982 to compete in motorcycle side-car racing on the international circuit. This passion was later replaced by international dog-sled racing which currently occupies much of his time in the winter. He has won both the European and world championships in recent years. If you've seen one pciture of this dude, with his long flowing hair and equally impressive beard, you know this is not your average French winemaker.

A beczki rzeczywiście nie czuć, tak jak tam piszą: "Buisson Renard" is also fermented in barrel, but I found the oak to be less intense than in the Pur Sang. Buisson Renard used to be called "Buisson Menard" until a prominent French wine writer misspelled the name in a well read publication. To nail the critic, Dagueneau changed the name of the wine to the misspelling! Ciekawe kto się walnął? Bettane może? Kolejna zagadka:) @Galerie Lafayette
