Pommardem 76 zakoñczyli¶my etap nieistniej±cego ¶wiata, podró¿ w przesz³o¶æ dobieg³a koñca... choæ wrócili¶my szczê¶liwi, pewnie zostaliby¶my tam jeszcze przez chwilê, mo¿e jeszcze d³u¿ej... mo¿e nawet do ¶niadania. @101win mdcc (2012-12-22)
Koñca ¶wiata nie by³o ale by³ naprawdê blisko... cudne to wino. Niesamowicie owocowe, w nosie i w ustach, wci±¿ ¶wie¿e, pe³ne ¿ycia.... ba³em siê jak cholera bo otworzy³em do prosiaka, ba³em siê ¿e nie da rady - a tu taka niespodzianka.
Subiektywnie 9, obiektywnie a la dziennikarz polski 8+, pewnie za proste ¿eby piaæ z zachwytu ale co tam.... kukurykuuu

Nie ta fotka mia³a byæ, bo butelka ju¿ jest. A chcia³em uprzejmie donie¶æ, ¿e zgadujê, i¿ ten Pommard pochodzi od Jean-Marca Boillot... ale to tylko moja fantazja...

No w³a¶nie ten Potel to ponoæ pod ró¿nymi etykietami ró¿ne wina butelkowa³, kiedy¶ chyba Gaudichots, czyli la Tache, gdzie obecnie rosn± polne kwiaty, jak powyrywali czê¶æ winoro¶li. Wiêc mo¿e... choæ jak piszez, ¿e Jean-Marc Boillot, to pewno Jean-Marc;-) Nam te¿ Pommarda serwowali ostatnio od znanego z Mondovino Montille'a co siê potem Volnay okaza³... wolne ¿arty!

Zaintrygowa³e¶ mnie tym Jean-Markiem Boillotem, sprawdzi³em na SW, jest (pralinka) ale Henri, a nie Jean-Marc, choæ nazwisko jakby to samo. Pog³êbi³em nieco research i trafi³em na tego piêknego pdf-a (pralinka) z którego wynika, ¿e wszystko siê zgadza, bo to wnuk i dziadek, a w tle piêkne nazwiska dla bia³ej Burgundii (nie czerwonej!) jak Olivier Leflaive (nasz dobry znajomy tam je¼dzi³;-) czy te¿ Etienne Sauzet.
Jean-Marc Boillot is a star of the Côte d’Or:
“Few Burgundians are as talented in producing both whites and reds as Boillot. Few also have such a clear vision of what great Burgundy should taste like. Boillot was one of the younger generation in Burgundy who was determined to improve his family’s wines. In 1984, after vinifying 13 vintages at the family’s domaine Henri Boillot, Jean-Marc walked out in protest, intent on producing highly concentrated, rich and ripe wines. He became the wine-maker for Olivier Leflaive for the next four years, and at the same time produced wines from 5 acres of vineyards, bottled under his own label. The wines impressed Boillot’s grandfather, who bequest half his vineyard to Jean-Marc.
Boillot runs his domaine from his grandfather Henri Boillot’s house and cellars in the village of Pommard. Jean-Marc’s maternal grandfather was the late Etienne Sauzet, from whom he also inherited exceptional vineyards. His holdings now include:
