Pavelot Savigny-Les-Beaune Daminode 2005
Primary grapey fruit jumps from the glass. However, it also has an interesting green thing going on. I say interesting because it isn't an under-ripe greenness, more of a Provençal-like lavendar flowers and rosemary. Not something that I typically associate with Savigny but pretty nonetheless. The mouth of this was what worried me a bit. This is VERY tannic, big and rich. But a bit on the astringent side. I'm a bit worried that this will always be hard. In any case it needs lots of time. Definitely has big density there too, but the quality of the tannins worry me a bit. I am usually a big fan of Pavelot's Daminode but I'll have to wait and see on this one.

Cenê dopisa³em za Wine Searcherem. A co do tego czy wino siê u³o¿y ja te¿ do¶æ czêsto mam spore w±tpliwo¶ci... chyba trzeba sporego do¶wiadczenia i eksperymentów, najlepiej z jedn± flaszk± obserwowan± przez lata. No ale przecie¿ Sophii nie kupiê;)

Dzis ponownie probowalismy. Kontekst polityczny, wiadomo, debata. Intuicyjnie dobrze dobralem wina. Ten Pavelot bardzo poprawny jest, koscisty, niemedialny, z malym poparciem, dokladnie tak jak Leszek B. Wystawilem w szranki Castel Juval Blauburgunder 2007. Dlatego, ze tak sobie wyobrazalem debate. Ze bedzie merytoryczna.... Pomylilem sie po dwakroc (w zasadzie powinienem napisac "po dwókroæ" :-), ale wyszlo inacyj). Jacek R.Juval okazal sie typem li tylko medialnym, slodko pierdzacym, ale zapewnie dobrze odbieranym; podobnie ten kiedys przeze mnie fajnie widziany pinot: kuzwa (to zdaje sie ostatnio popularne slowo) jakis taki nowoswiatowy. Po wielu glebszych lykach, zadumie, etc oglaszam swoj wyrok: stawiam na Leszka Pavelota. Nie wiem, czy to trendy jest, ale tak to czuje i bede wspieral....

Co do medialno¶ci to jak najbardziej masz racjê. Smutno by³o patrzeæ jak s³abo (medialnie) przygotowany by³ Leszek, a jak dobrze (ci±gle medialnie) Jacek. Có¿... niestety media nam kasy nie wyp³ac±, najlepiej samemu oszczêdzaæ.
