Przymierzam siê do Manzoni Bianco (konsumpcji, a nie zakupu) od Maso Furli w³a¶nie, ale sprawdzi³em co to za zwierzê, bêd±c pewnym, ¿e to kupa¿... a tu siê okazuje, ¿e to krzy¿ówka autorstwa profesora Luigiego Manzoniego, w której zmiesza³ Pinot Blanc z Rieslingiem i jak widaæ nawet w Wenecji Euganejskiej wystêpuje, choæ endemiczna to odmiana z Treviso. Próbowa³ kto¶ mo¿e? Czego siê spodziewaæ? Do duszonego schabu pewno siê nada;-)

Manzoni Bianco 6.0.13, also well known as Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13 or I.M. 6.0.13, is the most famous among the clones created by prof. Luigi Manzoni, principal of the Viticulture and Oenology School of Conegliano, during a series of experiments conducted in the thirties on genetic improvement of grapevines by cross-breeding. Manzoni Bianco 6.0.13, an autochthonous grapevine of the Treviso province (Veneto), is a crossing between Riesling Renano and Pinot Bianco. This grape is actually planted almost everywhere in Italy and it is included among the mixture of grapes of the Controlled Denomination of Origin of “Bianco dei Colli di Conegliano”, “Breganze Bianco” and “Trentino Bianco”, as well as in many wines with Typical Geographical Indication in which it is vinified in purity.
Vine characteristics
Manzoni Bianco 6.0.13 has the ability to adapt easily to very different microclimates and soils, even if it prefers hillside, deep, fresh, not hard and fertile grounds, but it has a measured production. It’s bunch is small, cone or cylindrical-shaped and quite dense (80-150gr). The grape is medium-small, rounded, green-yellow and its skin is thick, dense and aromatic.
Wine characteristics
Manzoni Bianco 6.0.13, or Incrocio Manzoni, for its fineness and elegance, good alcoholic strength and acidity, is used to produce remarkable quality wines that are beautifully balanced and always delicate but at the same time full-bodied.

Jest takie jak pisz±. Masywne, gêste, do ¿ucia. Ma cia³o, ale ma te¿ krêgos³up. ¯wawe jest. Kwasowe. Bardzo dobre! Do schabu i klusek, typowa kuchnia ¶l±ska jak znalaz³;-) Jutro notka i fotka:-) Tymczasem Radwañska prowadzi 1:0, choæ ledwo, ledwo, bo 7:6 w gemach, czyli po tie-breaku, w którym niepodzielnie rz±dzi³a. Oby tak dalej!
