Ostatnio próbowa³em m³odszy rocznik Pinot Gris Fronholz i muszê przyznaæ, ¿e mo¿e z powodu charakterystyki rocznika, trochê ten szary pinot rozmem³any cukrem jaki¶ taki. O Ostertagu pisze i fotografuje go Wine Anorak (pralinka) gdzie Andre Ostertag t³umaczy, ¿e bia³ego wina bez siarki zrobiæ siê nie da mimo francuskiej nowo-mody win bezsiarkowych. Biodynamikê zacz±³ w 1998, ale ponoæ ani nie wygl±da, ani nie mówi jak rasowy biodynamik.
