Wi�cej krzyku, wi�cej gwa�towno�ci ni� w roczniku 2004. Tym razem wino zdawa�o si� krzycze�: Oto jestem! Ja. M�ody, gniewny. Ci�ko przej�� obok niego oboj�tnie. Sk�adowe na potencjalnie wielkie wino s� ju� teraz, aromatycznie niekt�rym podoba� si� bardziej zr�nicowany, na tym etapie ewolucji rocznik 2004, ale i 2006 mia� swoich fan�w. Trzeba si� opowiedzie� po kt�rej� stronie... cho� z czasem ka�demu grozi, �e stanie si� stary i wk... @Vinoteka 13/Likus

Mo�na by to pomyli� z bordosem, gdyby nie ta kwasowo��. Nie wiem, co s�dzi� w kwestii wieku. To wino wydaje si� wci�� m�ode, ale z drugiej strony nie wiem, co jeszcze mo�e mu si� przydarzy�. PS. Pierwsze p� butelki posz�o bez dekantacji. Jak drugie p� butelki troch� si� napowietrzy, to mo�e co wymy�l�.

A gdzie je kupi�e� i za ile? Bo to s� takie wina, dobrze si� je pije, ale ci�ko co� wi�cej o nich powiedzie�. Przypominaj� mi si� wina Capanny.

The estate’s 2006 Maestro Raro (Cabernet Sauvignon) speaks more to the qualities of Castelnuovo Berardenga, the southernmost tip of the Chianti Classico zone, than it does to varietal character. Nevertheless, the wine is quite beautiful. The rich, sweeping Maestro Raro reveals outstanding polish and balance in a full-bodied style that needs another year or two to come together. Maestro Raro spent 20 months in French oak, 60 % of which was new. Anticipated maturity : 2010-2018.

(Fattoria di Fèlsina Maestro Raro Toscana IGT) This is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Maestro Raro and Il Poggiolo vineyards, fermented in stainless steel, followed by �levage in new oak. On inspection it has a dark, dense and rather matt hue. Aromatically I find it really rather appealing, quite distinct from the Sangiovese wines and yet not immediately typical of Cabernet Sauvignon either. There are scents of black olive, dark fruit skins, plum and smoky black cherry especially, but all with a bitter bite rather than fruit sweetness. The palate also has some soft, bitter, olive-based fruit suggestions, is certainly fleshy, but underneath there is a very firm tannic grip. Unfortunately these tannins do seem to completely dominate the latter moments of the palate, lasting right through the finish and clinging on for dear life long after any suggestions of fruit have long faded. Nevertheless, there are elements here worthy of praise. Alcohol 14.5%.

Kupi�em dok�adnie w Vitkacu na Brackiej, za dok�adnie 175PLN (minus zni�ka a conto mojego przysz�ego senatorowania, rzecz jasna ;-) ). Tak na marginesie, w Vinoteka13, ze zni�ka czy bez, trzeba kupowa� stare rzeczy, bo ceny nowych dostaw poszybowa�y ostro w g�r�.
