Tu nie ma bretta, ale jest trochê mocznika;-) Nie¼le siê zaczyna:-) Potem dominuj± jakie¶ grafity i ziemia w aromacie. Wiêksza dojrza³o¶æ ni¿ w "podstawowym", ma³ym Echezeaux [eszeze], a mniejszy kwas. Kto¶ tam rzuci³, ¿e leger caramel - znaczy, ¿e lekko karmelem zapachnia³o, a mo¿e smakowa³o? W nosie te¿ czuæ mniej kwiatów i ¶wie¿o¶ci. Bardzo smaczne, ale nie ma tej pijalno¶ci, p³ynno¶ci, które mia³o Echezeaux. Smaczne, dojrza³e. Mówi±, ¿e nie ma cuir w ustach, znaczy skóry. Dobre, do ¿ucia, gê¶ciejsze. £adnie siê otwiera. Kto¶ nawet s³onych smaków siê doszuka³ - sale au fin de bouche. Ocena 6-7. Jamie Goode tak pisa³: Echezeaux and Grands Echezeaux were more dark cherry in fruit profile, and quite expressive, with some nice greenness – and the latter showing quite firm structure.
